Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we
respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.
Need to Return a product?
To return a product at Safewater Alarms Limited, you'll need to
request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This
can be done by contacting our service department at
sales@safewateralarms.co.uk or by telephone. No returns of any
type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,Safewater Alarms Limited accepts returns on
merchandise from select manufacturers within 10 days as long as
they have not been used. However, Safewater Alarms Limited
reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days
from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 10 days,
credit will be issued toward one of the following:
FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
A FULL CASH REFUND
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Safewater Alarms Limited on returned items, and Safewater Alarms
Limited will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or
exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 10 days from invoice date can be for exchange,
replacement refund or credit at Safewater Alarms Limited
discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have
more restrictive return policies.
Safewater Alarms Limited. warrants to the original purchaser*
that if any manufacturing defect becomes apparent in this
product, it will be replaced free of charge as follows:
Base Station — 12 months from original date of purchase.
Turtle Wristband — 6 months from original date of purchase.
Poolguard -3 years from original date of purchase.
Damage or the effects of misuse are not covered by this
warranty.
Safewater Alarms can not accept refunds on equipment that has
been used and is not found to be faulty.

not a modification of or subtraction from the statutory
warranties and other rights and remedies contained in any

provisions purport to disclaim, exclude or limit any such
statutory warranties and other rights and remedies, such
provisions shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary
to comply therewith.
*Warning
Do not buy used. There is no way for you to determine the
remaining battery level and hence the remaining life of a
previously used Turtle. Purchase only from a reputable source.
